Before Your Home is Listed:

Before your home is listed, you and your real estate agent will:

  • Accept, process, and submit listing

  • Enter listing into MLS database

  • Place “For Sale” sign and lockbox on the property, if appropriate

  • Add photo gallery online

  • Schedule listing for next available office tour

  • Promote listing at next sales meeting

  • Prepare advertising copy and schedule ads
